Coffee has been grown in Peru since the late 19th century and is currently one of the world’s leading producers. The coffee growing areas cover 17 different regions across the Andes. Their cups are usually lighter with a higher acidity, due to the elevation Peru coffees are typically grown at.

This coffee comes from the Peruvian region of Cajamarca, located almost 9, 000 ft above sea level, with a temperate climate and fertile soils, which makes it ideal for specialty coffee growing.

The cup has a juicy acidity and a mild sugary sweetness, with notes of cooked orange and chocolate. These rich flavors create the perfect medium roast, from the first pour to the last drop.

This coffee comes from the Brazilian State of Minas Gerais, in the ecoregion of Cerrado. With an average elevation of only 850 meters above sea level, they typically have a lower acidity and are well-balanced.

The cup has notes of dried cranberry with mild malt flavours, a boozy acidity and mellow sweetness. This coffee has a pleasant and intense flavour that’s unlike any other!

Roasted coffee is best 2-4 week after being opened, but can last up to a few months, if stored properly.

Yes!  We offer complimentary ground coffee.  Please tell us how you brew your coffee so we can provide a customized grind.

To preserve roasted coffee beans’ flavour, they should be stored in an air-tight container, at room temperature.

The coffee is roasted in small batches in Lasalle, Ontario.

Single origin coffee is coffee that is from one single farm in a specific region of a country, instead of multiple countries all over the world.

Typically, your coffee will be roasted 1-2 days after you place your order.

Our coffee is freshly roasted and packaged in small, 12oz batches 1-2 days after you place your order. We are committed to providing high quality, fresh, and great tasting coffees!
